Jun 23, 2023A Peabody chiropractor accused of secretly recording patients with a camera in his office restroom will face new charges on Tuesday after investigators said they found evidence he had also recorded an underage girl taking a shower at a residential home.
Scott Kline, a 44-year-old resident of Middleton, will appear in Peabody District Court on counts of possessing lude photographs of a minor and videotaping a minor, a spokesperson for the Middlesex County District Attorney said.
Kline was arrested in July after a patient at his Peabody chiropractic office, Back on Track, reported to police that he had discovered a small camera in the practice’s public bathroom.
